True Feral Cat

This poor cat is afraid of me but, he knows if he stops by I'll feed him a good meal. I hope he doesn't give my cats Feline Leukemia or AIDS or something. He/She is all chewed up with several fresh and old wounds. The Animal Control has no traps so I can't get him to medical care.
