You couldn't make it up. I got an email from Currys yesterday that said 'We've lost your order, sorry about that' but 'Don't panic, we've sorted a replacement'. Today's email said my laptop was ready to collect in store. This evening when I went to pick it up there were two. I hope I've chosen one with no issues.
