Tree up, at last

Every year I hope to put the Christmas tree up earlyish and every year I fail, I just don’t like doing it.
Today on the 21st December I forced myself to do it.
Then I checked back on blip to last year and saw that I put it up on 18th December last year, so I am still getting later. 
Oh well, at least it is up.
