A fog on the loose

Every now and again, Sydney is blanketed in a thick fog. They seem to occur in May only, and when there is a thick one, it is really thick.
There are disruptions to air flights, and the ferries on the harbour. Then there is also traffic chaos.
Today was Mother's Day, and once the fog lifted is was ones of those magic autumn Sydney days.
