Jamie said it was easy….and he was right!  Tequila and Mexican spiced homemade gravlax, 48 hours in the flavoured sugar / salt rub, then voila!  (Or perhaps Listo!).

So good KT has suggested freezing the shop bought smoked salmon.  Who knew!
