I had an appointment with the practice nurse in the morning for an asthma review. I had bloods taken , and was prescribed more antibiotics for my chesty cough.
I managed to write a few Christmas cards and get them in the post. Phew.
In the afternoon I went for a walk with Pat at Caerlaverock nature reserve. I had forgotten my phone so borrowed Pat’s phone to take this photo.
I love this oak tree.
I’m grateful for the lovely friends I have who have supported me through this tough year.
