Dave the Book this morning for quite a long spell and we swapped gifts. Probably the last visit of this year.

Quiet afternoon, fell asleep in the meditation.

Am feeling that I’m tired and would like to go bed. Mrs T is going to warm my duvet on the radiator now and disconnect my casserole bag.
