Low Winter Sun

A and I walked at NT Felbrigg this morning.  It was blissfully quiet, there were very few cars parked and fewer dog walkers than usual.  We walked through the damp woods enjoying some sunshine, which was very welcome after gloomy conditions yesterday. It's the shortest day tomorrow which will be a cheery thought for some, but I rather like the short days of winter and all the pleasures that go with this time of year.

We visited the NT shop afterwards.  I didn't need anything but couldn't resist a bar of 'Christmas Pudding Chocolate' and a felted mice nativity set, which is now looking extremely cute next to our Christmas tree.
