Mono Monday. — Christmas Tradition

I try to make some almond bread each Christmas. It’s a nice extra to have with tea or coffee after a big meal. Today I did the loaves then in a few days will slice them thinly and bake until crisp. 

I also made some lemon cheesecake bliss balls ( oops I forgot the lemon). They are listed in our TWD way of eating as an indulgence but reasonably healthy with other good foods ( the sugar would cause the indulgence). I’m not sure if they will become a tradition. 

The extra was sent from our daughter just prior to boarding for their first cruise with the kids. I’ll miss them as I see them most weeks.
