Retro Santa

He and his reindeer (at least four of them) have flown over this shopping complex yearly for much longer than we've lived here. I think it's a fun old decoration. The buildings are slated for demolition in the next year, to be replaced by higher-rise stores and dwellings, and what will Santa do then?
