Just straightening your collar, darling...

I don't know how much the Oxfordshire County Council Chair's gold chain (hers) is worth but this couple were both at the event I was at yesterday evening and I have it on good authority that the one worn by her husband, Oxford City Council's Mayor, is very heavy and worth about a million pounds.

This was at the Crisis Skylight Christmas Carol Service in the University Church. I did a lot of preparatory running around for it today and took far too many photos this evening. (Apologies for blurriness in the darkness of the church.)
