The last half bunch of Norfolk asparagus, found in the fridge, bonus. Prompted by a conversation with Jet & Juggsy in their lovely house in Norfolk! I was curious to see how well golf ball sized eggs poached.....very well! Not a huge fan of them from childhood, these were a 70%, sunflower yellow, orb, of moppable love!
