Musée d'Orsay

We saw the Rosa Bonheur exhibition at the Musée d'Orsay today, along with many sections of the permanents collection. It's such an incredible museum, with major pieces in every room, and it was really nice to spend the day with R, T and C. Photo credit to R for this one! I'm afraid J is fighting a cold -- testing negative -- so stayed home today to rest. He seems to be better tonight, so we're hoping that trend will continue.

We may have been the only people in France who didn't watch the soccer game, but we could tell what was happening from the cheers or expressions of disappointment that we could hear as we walked to the metro from the museum. We did see the last penalty kicks when we got home... very exciting, but too bad for France.
