Today we went to a birthday gathering for my MIL. It was nice to see some extended family members we had not seen in awhile and we got to meet the newest member, little 6 mos old Ben. I since we were going to be in Burlington we decided to visit my parents too. We brought the carpet cleaner as they requested and while hubby cleaned a couple of area rugs I helped my mom sort through her Christmas decorations. She was going to give away the tree decorations she doesn’t need anymore so I went through them and found a few I wanted. This bell was one of them that I remember from my childhood. Funny how one little thing can bring back so many pleasant memories.
