Chocolate fondants

I don’t know where today went really. We walked the dogs quite late as we were trying to avoid getting shot by the hunters, so that worked although we heard shots in the woods a couple of times.
Then Mr F watched the World Cup while I made chocolate fondants for the freezer. I use the Gordon Ramsay recipe and it works perfectly every time, so I’ve always get a stock of them and they cook easily from frozen in 15 minutes whenever needed.
