The look out.

It's milder but still frosty in the morning and later in the day.  Washed clothes and woollens then spruced up the sofa I spend so much time lying on and swapped it round with its twin to give it a rest. The cover for my sofa duvet is a bit too big so I measured it to size and put the sewing machine in action.  It got a wash too and is drying on the electric clothes dryer right now.  That drier was a really good buy.  What I should have been doing is parcelling up calendars to go in the post tomorrow but I'll get there before bedtime.  I have some primroses out and thought about photographing them but they were getting blown around in the wind so I stuck to the birds.  One of the blackbirds was playing king of the castle on the old clothes pole I use to hang bird feeders on.  It was a day for blue tits too. They were out in force feeding on the fat balls turn and turn about.
