Rain, but the freezing kind

I slipped over on the icy step yesterday, and my back has been hurting since. I’d only recently had some physio for it, and it’s definitely now relapsed! A fairly challenging day, again. But it’s going to warmer tomorrow, and I will try and book another physio appointment for this week!

Good long chat on the phone with an old friend later afternoon. Shame we live at other end of the country so don’t get together in person as often as we should!
