A coupla trips to the shops = a coupla thousand steps on the pedometer.

Bit of housework, bit of SVQ.

Turning into my regular Saturday routine to be honest.

This evening was spent at Bar Sal in Newington for some tapas and flamenco for Fi's birthday. Was nice to have a night out with a difference. (Note - the flamenco was done by the pro's, not us!)
