Art by taste

I bought this from a local TK Maxx a couple of years ago. It's not the greatest painting in the world ever, Dali or Rembrandt and many others can lay claim with several examples. But like the music of The Blue Nile, my favourite band, where every listen brings something previously unheard, this painting has so much to it. It's very NYC, another reason to love it, and very urban and detailed. Not original, and I'd much rather have an original, but quite a 'pet' painting as such. Sometimes something just appeals.
