Accidental marathon

Was only thinking about half marathon/ 4 laps today but my friend wanted to do 5… then I thought I’d go out for a 6th. Got a bit cold walking having a chat with another friend so went out for a 7th to warm up. Then I had to go out for the 8th lap cause stopping at 23miles would just be a waste!
Could have done without the freezing rain on the last lap, but it’s good to be back running and looking forward to consuming my goodie bag this evening :-)
