2912. FaceTime Breakfast/Dinner

We had a FaceTime meal with my sister in Australia this morning, dinner for them and a cooked breakfast for us.

It was so lovely to be able to spend a couple of hours catching up and enjoying a meal together, although their turkey dinner and wonderful pudding looked so much better than our cooked breakfast!

It’s great that we can do this and we often do meals for celebrations and had hoped to do our Christmas presents but sadly hers to us haven’t arrived yet (and possibly might not before Christmas due to the strikes) so they didn’t open theirs either.

Just relaxing before making lunch which we will have a little later today as we don’t normally have so much at breakfast!

We are probably staying in today as it’s freezing outside and the pavements will be treacherous so we’re not going to risk going out for a walk.
