St Davids Memorial Church

This is the church i helped with the carol service at tonight. It is a beautiful church inside and out. Won the architect's award for NZ in 1931. Not a nail in it.
While the service was happening tonight myself and a friend had all the children down the back finishing off the making of various Christmas wreaths and also presenting symbols throughout the service, they were all so good and never made a noise and loved going up the front with the bits and pieces. Their age range was about 5 to 12.  After the service we had a cuppa and Christmas cake 
Sometime I will have to go up and take pics inside the church to show you as its incredible . Presented to the area in memory of all the pioneers who first populated the sheep stations in the area
As from tomorrow am going to start getting ready for Christmas
The extra is the tree the children were placing bits on
