Loukaniko

The only picture I took today. I stopped by my parents to pick up my mother to go to a Christmas luncheon with some other ladies. Dad finished making loukaniko (a Greek style sausage) and had them hanging outside to dry. 
Did I mention he will turn 91 in a few weeks!
