Sycamore leaf still looking good

Most of our snow has gone today and much less frost on the grass too but still some ice on the pavements . When on my dog walk this afternoon this  single sycamore leaf stood out as all the others are shrivelled, damaged  and in piles etc.

We had friends over for a nice lunch today which included for dessert a nice chocolate orange torte from M and S which I bought this morning. It defrosted in less than an hour so I will be buying another to keep in the freezer for emergencies.

No post again today for us although there was a post van in our road?

Got sent some nice photos of my daughters family who are at Center Parcs for the weekend where they have special Christmas activities. She has fond memories of when we went when she was young, particularly the big swimming dome.
