East Coast Distillery

This small distillery opened about 5 miles from us, down on the backwaters, 2.5 years ago. Whilst we have drunk several bottles of their excellent London Dry Gin, we haven’t visited before. The four owners all have full time jobs and make the gin on Fridays. They really do turn out exceptionally beautiful bottles of gin and I was shocked to learn that every one of them is hand-bottled and labelled using the filling machine to the right of the picture.

An excellent afternoon out and very informative tour and tasting. We left laden with gin!
