Frosty

There was a little frost this morning, really I was hoping for more.  I quickly went out into the garden to take these shots of leaves before the sun melted it.  We could also see several rabbits leaping around in the distance and maybe annoying the pheasants basking in the sun.  I was then off to the gym for the morning sprint cycle class, back home for a coffee and breakfast and then back for a pilates class.  The pilates class was amusing with the teacher initially dressed in a Father Christmas top but she soon became too hot.  At the end of the class small presents were given out to the three people who had chosen a certain playing card from a pack and sweets were given to the quickest person to perform the move she mentioned.  We were all pretty quick with the 'child pose'.  Great fun.

In the afternoon I headed to the supermarket for a fairly large shop, it was busy but not too bad.  Slowly getting there.
