A late load ....

Not quite so cold today. When I defrosted Mrs F's car for her at 6.30 it was a balmy - 0.5C.
Most of the water troughs and drinkers were working,only need the kettles on a couple,so that saved a bit of time.
Left Kev on mucking out and bedding while I headed next door to help wee brother sort out the calves there,clip their backs and give them their pneumonia vaccine. Had them all done by 12.30, so back home in time to run Junior down for his train .
Back home and Arthur arrived to try and fix the wee Landing tractor. It conked out yesterday and I changed the diesel filters thinking it was just waxy diesel with the freezing temperatures,but I couldn't get it started.
He thinks the injection pump is knackered. Wether it's a problem caused by Kev's power washer soap incident weeks ago I don't know,but what ever, it's going to be expensive to repair.
Colin arrived in tonight to winch it onto his lorry to take it to Carnwath. It took a bit of steering to line it up with the tail ramps,but I got there eventually . So another unexpected cost to add the the list
And I still can't get the f.. Aga to go......
