Mission Accomplished

The paths were dreadful on our walk down to Pilates. But we survived.

Matthew our middle son rang with some dreadfully sad news. One of his close friends and an ex pupil of mine died in his sleep. It was totally unexpected and unexplained. He leaves his wife who is pregnant with their second child and little boy. It really knocked me for six - he was a lovely young man.

 Home to collect Stephen from York. Fortunately LNER were running just a few trains so he could get to York. Only five minutes later than scheduled. Good to have him home for Christmas.
