My Day.....!!!

A huge batch of Mince Pies (Frangipane topping) in my opinion the best!! A new sofa.....a fire hatching dog and now this large pot of Redcurrant Jelly on the boil...you might get an idea from the picture just how fast it is swirling while boiling and I’m battling not to let it boil over..!!!
Oh and a huge pot of veg soup made and some had for lunch...rest going in the freezer for S when she comes home next week.....(just one of her home-cooked) requests..:))
Some days I just take on doing too much...!!
But there was a ‘long’ sit-down and nap taken during the afternoon....!!

Has anyone watched Harry & Meghan????......very interesting...I’ve just the last episode to go...
Really weird and scary that Royal Family....

Friday again....so wishing all a lovely weekend...in the final prep for Christmas..
