Frozen

I had my regular Friday walk with my two neighbours today.  This time we chose to walk along the river, followed by coffee and scones.  The Tweed was a beautiful blue colour (it reminded me of alpine rivers)..  I think this must have been as a result of the ice in the water.  In one of the extras you can see how the ice nearly extended right across the river in some places.  This evening we are off to see the annual production of an Amerrycana Christmas in the Grand ole Eastgate Theatre - yee hah!
