Barns

Looking across from Moss Lane to two storage barns in Middlefield Lane. I'm not sure what is inside them at the moment but at harvest time they usually get filled with wheat. Often they have driers working to remove moisture from the grain if necessary.

I did this walk last week but today I added a bit extra on to it by carrying on along Moss Lane and down to Bob's Pond, which as you might expect is frozen over. I couldn't help thinking about the four boys who lost their lives  this week. Tragic.

Moss Lane is shaded by hedges and doesn't get much sun this time of year so still has a good covering of snow. A lovely walk as again the sun was out with clear blue skies.
