Twinkling Snowflakes

Getting into the Christmas spirit as the days get shorter and shorter, roasted chestnut stands are set up downtown and I can't wait to taste them with a mug of steaming mulled wine!
Yesterday, I crocheted these snowflakes with sparkling white yarn and put them on the blocking board overnight to make their points pointy!

Midnight blue sheer material dotted with silver stars and red ribbon and playing Christmas carols and when I close my eyes, I imagine a log fire crackling before me. Candlelight and crochet and I'm in Heaven!
