Modern Star Singers

I saw some blue sky and even the sun today! It made me very happy! I had to have a short walk with Peetu in the middle of my work day.

In the evening we met our friends Kaarina, Anssi, Mari and Juha in Tampere Christmas Market's glass igloo. It's a great tradition that we started last year. 

On the stage Star singers presented the traditional version in heavy metal style. In Finland, a version of the Star boys' show is a musical play known as Tiernapojat,and it is Christmas tradition nationwide.  The Finnish version contains non-biblical elements such as king Herod vanquishing the king of the Moors.
