Snow central

Having now been outside of Linton (and all the way to London) I realise that Linton really does have more snow than anywhere else.  Thankfully the main roads are clear - and our house is on a main road - but the ungritted side roads are very slippy indeed.   Today there was gridlock because one of the village access roads unusually had cars parked there, because residents on ungritted roads couldn't park outside their own houses.

This is a photo of the bypass with slow moving cars, but that's not what is striking.  It's the wonderful mist and sky.
