Our hill this evening

Just got back from the vet's. I found a new (old vet) practice about 15km from our house at the country side in the neighboring province. Buddha always needs to be sedated for examination, so it's always bit intense with him.

I saw in the morning that he was in pain (painkillers helped him relax) and got an appointment for 7 pm. He was sedated, examined, his anal glances emptied, given antibiotic shot and wake up shot and we got the meds for the next 5 days from him. All that 66€! In most places it would have been 300-400€. So that was pretty amazing.

The vet was old (started his career at 1971) and such a sweetheart. We will be going to that place as long as he's practicing.

Otherwise my day was spent worrying about the dog and sewing. Watched the Nancy Pelosi document today. What a woman. Wow.
