Acer at Sizergh

I popped over to Sizergh after lunch for a leg stretch and a bit of fresh air.  Only about -2 here.  Roads OK but icier going up to the Castle.  They had been gritted but a lot of the drive is in shade.

Had a look around the gardens (almost to myself).  Lovely sunshine lighting up some of the plants.

Bumped into JP and her husband on the way out and we had a brief catch up.
