Free Parking

For many years the town has not required people to feed the parking meters during the Christmas shopping season.  Most folks either didn't know about the amnesty or didn't trust the meter maids and went ahead and put their coins in the meter.
    This year the town council voted to bag the heads to make it obvious to everyone.
