More migraine

Can't be online much. That's the view from the exam room at my doctor's office.

Today was a mind-blowing day. I had a loving, emotional Facetime call from a half-sister I haven't seen or heard from in 40 years, grieving the loss of our sister Shannon and wanting to reconnect. I am astonished. All my doors and bridges are wide open and welcoming. 

My doc raised the dosage on the migraine preventive medication I'm taking, but I can't take it till the 20th of December. We'll see....
