In Waiting

Bought our tree yesterday, humphed it up the road, tennis elbow was killing me this morning. Acts & consequences! Never mind, the tree is sat in a bucket of water downstairs and can happily stay there until a couple of days before Christmas when it can come up, spread its branches and wow us all (or not).
Have had an exceedingly quiet day, completely non-festive, completely lazy. Fine.
