Surprise

A lovely lady in our little church growth group has difficult health problems and rarely gets out. She’s had a tough life and known more hardship than I can imagine. She usually joins us on zoom.

We decided to surprise her by gathering outside her home and sing a few carols.
She was (in her own words) gobsmacked, stunned and totally delighted.
It was so worth doing just to see the joy in her face.

We’ve run out of steam a bit.
