Late afternoon
It was minus 8 when I left for the gym at 10, sunny and feeling not so cold, even in my single layer gym kit.
By the afternoon I was feeling very chilly indoors, the heating kicked in a couple of hours early so the temperature must have dropped below 17, a rare event in this well insulated flat.
It felt too good a day not to go out again and I did the usual circuit around Pollok Park where all the roads and paths, even the less trodden ones, had been thoroughly salted and gritted. It was probably the safest place to walk in Glasgow. The bridge was looking particularly lovely and there were robins bobbing about everywhere, the extra.
