Blooming orchid

The best bit of today was the German/English zoom chat. This week we had a good internet connection, so there were no interruptions and the time flew past.

Carly had to have a lumbar puncture today to check on her spinal fluid levels, which it turns out are still too high but not as high as they were. She doesn't get to see the neurologist about it now till February. Neil dropped her at the hospital and then picked her up and James waited with her. It's usually me that does the driving. She now has to lay flat as far as  possible for the next 24 hours, so she is up in her bedroom.

To cheer her up James ordered take away food for dinner and Neil and I joined in and had pizza.
