Not quite the day we'd planned - but Umbrella Heating Services saved the day!

Getting ready to load the car and set off for Pilates, and then straight on to Tynemouth for a few days, when Roy realised the radiators weren't working though the boiler was... Nothing obvious wrong, so more in hope than expectation he phoned the plumber - who arrived within the hour, went off to Barnsley for a motorised valve, and came back and fitted it before lunchtime... Our hero... We couldn't have left the house completely without heat in this weather otherwise...

So we've made it Oop North, albeit several hours later than intended... A slightly stressful day, but we're off to Davantis at the station for a meal to celebrate reaching our destination ;)
And breathe...

EDIT - with all that excitement forgot it was a blip birthday - thanks to everybody who visits my journal and sprinkles lovely comments, hearts and stars, and all the people who makes this site the success that it is!!
