Kingfisher two

Saw the kingfisher again this morning - not such a clear shot as last time, but look, clean background ;))  I loved how clear his colours were.  He was fishing for breakfast, and a couple of seconds after this he caught it too!

I did get very cold out.  It was maybe not quite as cold as yesterday, and anyway less than a lot of you have to put up with, but I'm not good at getting frozen solid.  Anyway, after this it was on into town to have a coffee meet with Little Sis, then up to the doctor's (they'd asked me to go but hadn't told me that both of the people I might have seen were off sick, so that was a waste of time).

I've not done much since I got back - too pooped - but I did manage to read the paper and ring a damp specialist to see if he would fix a patch in K's bedroom.  Hopefully he will come soon, but he thinks its likely to be just condensation - lack of heating's bad for houses as well as people ;(
