Quayside

I'm at the quayside again today, but there is a big difference:  the water is frozen in places.  The boat is stuck in ice and the seagulls are standing on it.  I was surprised to see this as I have never seen this before.  It must have happened before though, as the temperature today was around -3, cold enough though.  A friend had never been to the quayside before and was impressed by what she saw, especially what they had done to buildings along the quay-converted into houses or built in the same style.
