Monday morning - and another Netwalk with Claire. I hope she is not getting bored of me - we have been paired a lot recently.
I always enjoy chatting with her :)

I had a good day.

The coaching session was with Jo and we did nervous system regulation through movement.
We actually danced 20 minutes on zoom ... it was great.

I finished my tax - super big achievement!!!!

We had Costco roast chicken for dinner - it was ok actually.
