We have had a busy day but managed to get quite a few things done. First was a trip over to Keighley to have my blood etc taken for the ‘Our Future Health’ a research programme being run in conjunction with the NHS.

After that we drove up to a snowy and festive looking Haworth to have a walk and a bite of lunch. Finally it was back to Saltaire to collect an order from Salts Mill so we had a quick walk down along the canal which was frozen in parts! It’s still incredibly cold out there.
