St Peter's Church, Belmont

Wandered over to Belmont to watch the Belmont Winter Hill fell race - or at least the start and the finish. It was a bit breezy to just stand and watch and it is too short to actually do. I have done it before and it is way too fast and furious :)

This is the parish church we passed on the way to the pub where I spotted a pair of miner's lamps.

Some of the runners here, where you will see why "sports photography" is something I generally leave well alone..
