Budding Birch

I felt like a bit of fresh air but had to dodge the heavy rain/hail (?) showers!!

I opted for a quick walk to the monument at Trentham because it would be more sheltered. You climb through the woods to reach the top. Luckily, it didn't rain at all.

I enjoyed the greenness of the leaves and the grass as everything seems to be putting on a super growth spurt at the moment and it looked even better after a sudden downpour.
