My main task of the day has been to make my first Wensleydale cheese. It’s in the press overnight then I’ll put it out to develop a rind for a few days, before waxing it. It can be eaten in three to five weeks.

I managed to cut grass, walk Beanbag and do a heap of weeding in K’s garden between cheesing.

Another cracker day. And no rain.
